Be part of the growing team of Overlook Resort. We are in need of the following personnel for these positions:

1. FRONT DESK MANAGER

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the front desk.  He/she hires, trains, manages, and oversees the front desk staff to ensure members receive the highest level of customer service possible. 

Requirements:
- Female, 25-35 years of age
- College graduate (Tourism, HRM or Business course)
- Must be highly motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
- An understanding of resort operations
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary
- At least 2 years experience related to Hotel and Resort work
- Residing in Antipolo/Taytay/Cainta

2. FRONT DESK ASSISTANT

The Front Desk Assistant shall help the Front Desk Manager in delivering the needs of clients and communicating with prospect clients on phone.

Requirements:
- Female, 22-30 years of age
- College graduate (Tourism, HRM or Business course)
- Must be highly motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
- An understanding of resort operations
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary
- At least 1 year experience related to Hotel and Resort work
- Residing in Antipolo/Taytay/Cainta

3. HOUSEKEEPER

The housekkeeper is responsible for the scheduled clean up of the resort rooms and assist clients in their needs

Requirements:
- Male or Female, 22-30 years of age
- College graduate (Tourism, HRM or Business course)
- Must be highly motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
- An understanding of resort operations
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary
- At least 1 year experience related to Hotel and Resort work
- Residing in Antipolo/Taytay/Cainta

4. ALL AROUND HELPER

Main duty is to maintain cleanliness of the resort surroundings, swimming pool, kitchen and garden

Requirements:
- Male or Female, 18-35 years of age
- At least High School graduate
- Pleasant personality
- An understanding of resort operations
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary
- Physically fit
- Residing in Antipolo/Taytay/Cainta

5. WAITER

Assists in preparing and execution of menu in the restaurant

Requirements:
- Male or Female, 21-30 years of age
- College Graduate (HRM)
- With good personality
- Knows a wide variety of dishes
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary
- Physically fit
- Residing in Antipolo/Taytay/Cainta

6. SALESPERSON

Main duty is to maintain cleanliness of the resort surroundings, swimming pool, kitchen and garden

Requirements:
- Male or Female, 21-35 years of age
- College Graduate (Business/Marketing/Communication)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can converse very well on phone
- An understanding of resort operations
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary
- Physically fit
- Residing in Antipolo/Taytay/Cainta
